Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa (Adults Only), Cancun

I had an amazing time at the resort and loved the energetic entertainment team. While the food options were great and the atmosphere was lively, the restaurant sizes can lead to long waits, especially during busy times. The kids club was fantastic, and my children had a lot of fun! However, I was quite disappointed with the additional charges for special events, which felt unnecessary considering the all-inclusive nature.

Overall, my experience at this resort was quite mixed. The beach was stunning and the staff went above and beyond in service, making it feel like a truly special getaway. However, the food left much to be desired at times, and the facility could use some attention to detail. The value for money is fair, but there are certainly areas that could improve significantly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dreams Sands. The view from the rooms was stunning, with both sunset and ocean vistas. The service was outstanding, especially from Eduardo on the beach, who went above and beyond for our comfort. However, the elevators were quite slow, and the drinks at the beach could be brought more quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
